ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) is one of the most effective solutions to improve energy efficiency in new buildings and renovations. It is installed on the exterior of the façade and ensures optimal thermal performance without reducing interior usable space. Its benefits include a significant reduction in energy demand (for both heating and cooling) and improved durability of the building envelope. Sustainable materials such as cork, wood fibers, or recycled EPS can be used. Another option is VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panels), vacuum-sealed insulating boards. They are used in situations with space limitations and provide performance equivalent to several centimeters of conventional insulation.

A ventilated façade is a system that incorporates an air cavity between the insulation and the exterior cladding to allow natural ventilation of the façade. By creating a continuous airflow, it prevents moisture, improves building breathability, and increases the durability of the exterior finish. This system can also be installed on roofs, helping to reduce overheating during the summer.

Steel Frame and Timber Frame systems are lightweight steel or wood structures that allow for fast, precise construction with highly efficient use of resources. They act as a structural skeleton to which continuous insulation and cladding are added, achieving highly efficient buildings with excellent thermal and acoustic control.

Finally, prefabricated sandwich panels combine two layers of concrete with thermal insulation inside, forming a single piece manufactured in the workshop. Delivered ready to site, they improve accuracy, reduce waste, and provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance.
